How to read this page
What the statuses mean
- Operational: the service responds normally and within the expected times.
- Degraded performance: the service is available, but response times are above normal.
- Partial outage: some features do not respond or show intermittent errors.
- Outage: the service cannot be reached.
- Scheduled maintenance: planned work, with its expected impact announced in advance.
How the data is collected
Every five minutes our systems run direct checks on the services and read the official status channels of the systems connected to the platform. The worst result detected determines the indicator's status.
The bar under each indicator covers the last 90 days: each segment is one day and its color shows the worst condition recorded that day. The percentage in the middle is the availability measured over the whole period.
Is your service not working as expected, but everything here shows as operational? Open a report: it goes straight to our team. Go to the report form or contact us.
